In Oct. 1984, the company was established in Taipei, Taiwan . In Sep. 1987, the company capital was increased to 5,000,000 NTD. In Jul. 1996, Bytesonic Corporation was established in Shijie town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. In May 1998, The holding company: Cambridge Electronics Ltd. was established in BVI for China investment purposes.

In Mar., 1999, Bytesonic Corporation moved to Zhongtong town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. In Nov., 1999, The company was reformed to Bytesonic Corporation, by increasing the capital to 57,000,000 NTD，and invested both in ， Dongguang Liyan Electronics Co., Ltd. In Jul, 2000, the capital was increased to 92,000,000 NTD. In Aug. 2000，Cambridge Electronics Ltd. was established in Zhongtong town, Dongguan City, Guangdong. In Apr. 2001, the capital was increased to 406,380,000 NTD, In Jul. 2003, jointed-venture company in China Bingzhuo Jingxing Electronic co. Ltd., in Aug. 2006, Dongguang Songyi Electronic Co., Ltd was established.

In Nov. 1999, the company was certified by ISO9001, greatly improving the quality-control management, and In order for the computerized system, we implemented the ERP system by using the FAS2000 system for both our company and factories since Jul. 2000. And also certified by ISO 9001：2000 in Jan. 2002, certified by ISO14001:2004 in Jun. 2006，certified by ISO14001 in Aug. 2004.
